They include the following:

- Landscaping

- Grass cutting
- Annual re investment
- Owners Exclusive and Aftersales Team service
- Owners Exclusive Events
Annual site fees at The Orchards range from £2,545 to £4,080 p/a less any sublet income you earn, depending on the location of your Holiday Home on the Park.
